These items are to be return to the LMC by the end of each day.  Damaged or malfunctioning equipment should be given to the Media Staff for repair.

Library Media Center Visits

The LMC maintains a flexible schedule.  Visits are typically 30 minutes for checkout and 45 minutes for collaborative lessons. Teachers schedule a class lesson at a time when they are able to remain in the LMC with their class.  Students may visit the library to checkout materials individually.  Individual student checkout times are 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  The LMC welcomes small groups of students. Teachers must notify the Teacher-Librarian (T-L) in advance.  Students must have a purpose and a pass for their visit.

Library Space Usage

The library may be used for meetings, events, and use of the computers and equipment.  Schedule with the librarian in advance at least one week in advance to assure the space and/or equipment is available and reserved for you before, during, and/or afterschool.  Setup for events must occur during the scheduled reserved time to avoid class conflicts.  Please remember that classes, meetings, and activities occur in the library before, during, afterschool, and at night.  The person, group, or committee reserving the library must reset the library and clean after their guests immediately after the event.
