Greetings Jolly Parents,
In accordance with Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015, all schools are required to notify parents at the beginning of each school year of their ‘Right to Know’ the professional qualifications of their child's classroom teachers and paraprofessionals. Notification must occur within 30 calendar days from the start of school. Please see the attached Parent's Right to Know document for Jolly Elementary.
All schools are also required to provide timely notice to parents when their child has been assigned or taught for 4 or more consecutive weeks by a teacher who does not meet applicable state certification or licensure requirements. Notification must be made within 10 business days following the four consecutive weeks.
At this time 100% of Jolly's teaching staff meet the state's certification and licensure requirements.
